Beazer Homes, a well-known homebuilder, was looking to increase visitors to their open houses, drive traffic to their websites and promotional events such as grand openings, giveaways and model tours for their Northern California, Raleigh and Atlanta divisions.

We worked with the client to build out a targeted audience consisting of current renters in the respective geographic areas, between the ages of 35-55, and with a household income of above $100k.

We deployed emails every two weeks for several months, to an audience of 50,000 for each community. 
7,574 new prospects were gained during the campaign window
8.8% (669) of the new prospects originated from the targeted email deployments

Of the 669 prospects, 71 applied for financing 

13 closed on homes in the high $300s


AUTOMOTIVE

A car dealership wanted to promote its new and used inventory in addition to their trade in services. 
We started by building out a targeted email audience located around their dealership. We pinpointed their audience further by focusing on consumers who intended to buy a car and were in the market for new or used automobiles. The total target audience was 188,587.
We deployed the email to the selected target audience, and followed up 10 days later by emailing those who viewed the previous email. 

We rounded out the campaign with a multi-channel strategy. In the last 2-3 weeks of the campaign period, we used Hashed Emails for Facebook Retargeting and Postal Files for Addressable Geofencing.

A furniture store wanted to increase brand awareness and push a warehouse sale to potential customers in their area. 

We created an audience of 35,000 potential customers to target via email.

A solar company wanted to promote their solar home energy packages to their ideal customer. They wanted to target both English and Spanish speaking communities. 
The client told us they were looking to target homeowners with a household income over $70k, as well as a home value of over $300k. With these demographics applied, we created an audience of 50,000 around their geographical area. Their budget allowed for one email and one re-drop, to both English and Spanish audiences - a total of 4 emails. 
As part of our multi-channel strategy, we also used hashed emails for Facebook retargeting.
